Ali Vefa, a genius with Savant syndrome, has a dream of becoming a doctor. But an accident at the airport leaves Ali late for the most important meeting of his life. Meanwhile the board of directors decides whether Ali should be hired or not..

In his first official working day, Ferman tries to bring Ali into error. whereas he is in the grip of a secret problem. But Ali does not listen to Ferman and the blood pressure rises in the hospital. Nazli tries to help Ali inside and outside the hospital. Meanwhile Beliz and Adil are on the verge of separating roads.

Trying to adapt to his new life, Ali learns a painful lesson and feels betrayed. A young couple's decision on their unborn child starts a legal battle in the hospital and divides the board in two. As time rinses, Ferman and Beliz come to the brink of an insurmountable abyss.

While Ali and Nazli try rescuing a patient by procuring an organ from the donor of another hospital, Belize urges Ferman take on Tanju's surgery which would decide the hospital's fate. will Ali be able to save the patient.

While Ferman embarks on a mysterious quest, Tanju uses this opportunity to get Ali in hot waters. Ali risks himself and gets himself in trouble as he takes matters into hand when no hope is left as the patient carries a personal dimension to Ali. A rumor gets Nazli's hopes up.

Feeling his seat shaken, Tanju punishes the entire team, putting them on emergency duty. when a traffic accident creates chaos, each assistant has to take care of their own case. Demir is cornered, Ferman fights against rumors, and Ali discovers something new about himself.

Ali tries to cope with his new emotions and get to know them. Tanju begins to investigate the cases of his emergency night and corners Nazli, who is already unable to face the death she causes. Kivilcim leaves an impossible case in Ferman and Beliz's lap to avenge his expulsion from the hospital. Tanju and Kivilcim enact a plan to get rid of Ali and Adil.

Ali encounters a robber, in the panic the graveness of the situation increases. Will Ali be able to acquit himself from the blame and rescue the victims. Meanwhile Nazli's past unveils as she learns something from her patients mockery. Tanju's got himself a trump card but how will he use it ? or will someone else?
