Kenji Sasaki is a young hotshot AD Police member who likes to solve cases by himself and ignores his partner, Paul. But when Paul gets seriously injured on a mission, Kenji goes to a bar and has a fight with a German man named Hans.

Kenji and Hans don't speak to each other but end up rescuing Paul using teamwork.

The AD Police go on a mission to destroy a Voomer factory.

Kenji makes a promise to his girlfriend Kyouko that he will be at her music concert, but she gets kidnapped. Kenji goes to save her.
