"The Smothers Brothers" offers a profile of the controversial comedian television hosts. "The Most Dangerous Man in Europe" talks to former S.S. Colonel Otto Skorzeny who was commander of the German forces who took Benito Mussolini from the Allies.

60 Minutes looks at the crisis in the Middle East with Harry Reasoner and Mike Wallace illustrate the conflict between Israel and Lebanon by presenting both points of view.

"Cottage for Sale" talks to the Duke and Dutchess of Windsor who offer a tour of an estate they are selling in France. "Hijacking" looks at the growing problem of hijacking and its association with Cuba. "Viewpoint" a panel discusses a recent interview with Eric Hoffer. "Why People Murder" talks to the Houston homicide department about murder statistics. "Andy Rooney" talks about fashion design.

"The Welfare Mess: Looking for a Way Out" looks at the weakness of the current welfare system. "The Billion Dollar Ski Boom" looks at the growing popularity of skiing. "Danny the Red" interviews controversial student activist and leader of the Paris student strike Daniel Cohn-Bendit.

"Carnegie Hall for the Hip" examines how Bill Graham's Fillmore East in Greenwich Village is becoming a mecca for today's young music fans. "What Makes Something or Somebody Ugly?" features Harry Reasoner discussing what makes something or someone ugly.

60 Minutes talks to attorney general John Mitchell about prosecuting student rioters and law enforcement. It also talks to former Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare Wilbur Cohen about the current state of welfare in the United States and looks at luxury living by the jet set of Palm Beach.

60 Minutes profiles multi-billionaire and oil tycoon H. L. Hunt. It also takes an inside look at the difficult world of the heroin addict and examines the case of over ten thousand children born to Africa-American soldiers and white German women since World War II.

60 Minutes talks to writer and socialite Alice Roosevelt Longworth about her life as daughter to U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt and as wife to Speaker of the House of Representatives Nicholas Longworth. It also talks to actor Peter Ustinov and critic Kenneth Tynan about nudity in the arts.

"Tora, Tora, Tora" looks at the controversy surrounding Hollywood's use of the men and equipment of the U.S. armed forces for film productions. "The Clio Awards" looks at the awards for commercials. "American Draft Resisters Living in Canada" interviews several U.S. draft resisters who fled to Canada.

60 Minutes goes to Africa to examine the growing civil war between Nigeria and Biafra. In an effort to get both sides of the story Mike Wallace reports from Lagos to discuss the Nigerian side of the conflict while Harry Reasoner reports from Biafra to discuss their side.

60 minutes features an interview with Yugoslavian president Josip Broz Tito by Sir Fitzroy Maclean who discusses the rebellious youth of his country. It also looks at a Yugoslavian production of the musical 'Hair" and takes a look at Venice in Italy which is becoming prime tourist destination.
