Stephen Marinaccio continues to gain experience working in various positions on feature films, television series and reality productions. With a varied background working in aspects such as development, production, post and marketing while shooting worldwide in 22+ countries, Marinaccio understands taking a project from script to screen requires concentration, teamwork, and lots of patience.After working at a local CBS affiliate, he became the youngest Director of News for a CBS Affiliate - but news was not his calling. While there, he worked on a number of projects and also managed the Oscar campaign for one of their films.In 2014, he was the lead UPM on the highest-budgeted premiere season for a television series to that date, Marco Polo for Netflix.In 2016, he was hired as interim VP of Television Production at Paramount to help oversee productions during a transition of staff within the studio's division, shepherding shows such as 13 Reasons Why and The Alienist to their green-light.As of this writing (mid-2020), Marinaccio is the lead UPM on the top-rated Amazon series, Jack Ryan, shooting across seven countries starting in 2021.In addition, Marinaccio writes for LineProducing.com, a website he created to help others understand the often perplexing details involved with the position. In 2015, he became president of the charity Win Place Home, which rescues and rehabilitates former racehorses.
