The son of a German mother and an English Father - who happened to be a jazz musician - Francis Fulton-Smith was born in Munich, Germany, in 1966. He wanted to be an actor since he was five years old, and so, when the time came, attended the Acting school Otto Falckenberg in Munich. After several years as a leading man on stage he also played lead roles in various TV series and films, he was made known to a larger public when he landed the part of Jens Leyendecker in Sat1 series _"Klinikum Berlin Mitte - Leben in Bereitschaft" (1999)_he gave a great performance in films like "The Final" starring opposite two time Academy Award Winner Christoph Waltz and "Gustloff". He also played Monsignore Castell a Special Agent to the Catholic Church in "Your Mission-Father Castell" and recently gave a challenging performance as the legendary Bavarian Minister Franz-Josef Strauss in "Die Spiegelaffäre"Francis is a man of many skills, amongst which the most surprising are probably aikido and classic swordsmanship, as well as tap-dancing and boxing. In 2012 he founded his own Production Company.
