The future of the farm & family depend on everyone adapting to the major changes that are reshaping the Roloff dynamic every day. Jeremy & Audrey are in a race against time to get everything ready before the baby arrives. With Jeremy working tirelessly to fix up the house, Audrey prepares an ambitious birth plan in which she will deliver the baby without pain medication.
This season Zach and Tori Roloff navigate pregnant life leading up to the birth of their first son. Amy is enthusiastically embracing her new role as grandmother and finds herself progressing in her relationship with her boyfriend Chris. Meanwhile, Matt has his own news to reveal that he too is in a relationship.
Much has changed since viewers first fell in love with the Roloffs 14 years ago and the family dynamic continues to evolve following Matt and Amy's divorce. On the other side of the farm, Matt and his girlfriend Caryn are figuring out what their future together looks like, and while a lot is up in the air, keeping up with the farm is still a top priority. Despite the obstacles and occasional disagreements, Matt and Amy do their best to put their ever-changing, modern family first, striving to give their children and grandchildren a strong foundation on which to grow.

With not only one, but two grandchildren on the way, future grandparents Amy and Matt must also navigate divorced life while living 500 feet from each other and running the family farm together. This season viewers can look forward to Zach and Tori Roloff navigating pregnant life leading up to the birth of their first son; as the young couple struggles to get ready for the newest addition to the Roloff family, the major question looming is whether the baby will be a dwarf or not. Jeremy and Audrey Roloff have their own baby news with the surprise that they are pregnant with a baby girl. In addition, Amy is enthusiastically embracing her new role as grandmother and finds herself progressing in her relationship with her boyfriend Chris. As Matt and Amy Roloff embrace their four kids getting older and leading lives of their own, they attempt to live on the same property while managing emotional and operational challenges in order to keep Roloff Farms in the family. This season we find Zach and Tori merging their lives together as newlyweds while Jeremy and Audrey settle into their new home in Bend, Oregon. Molly's graduation approaches and she contemplates her future after college. But Matt and Amy are headed for the biggest change of all as their divorce will become final. Amy seeks to redefine herself in this new phase of her life and decides to not only make over her kitchen but also her appearance. Matt tries to recapture good times with Jeremy and Zach by taking them on a boys' camping trip, but feels his mortality when he is forced to confront long-standing health issues.
The Roloff kids are grown and Jacob, the youngest and last child at home, is about to move out. In the midst of Matt and Amy’s evolving relationship and empty nests, there is also celebration and joy blossoming on the farm. Another Roloff family wedding is right around the corner. Almost a year after Jeremy’s storybook wedding, his twin Zach is now preparing to get married. He has a distinct vision for his wedding day which sends Matt into a tailspin of activity to get the farm ready yet again. Throughout the flurry of activity in their lives the Roloffs always manage to tackle any obstacles that they encounter head on as a family.
When we last visited the Roloffs on their farm in Oregon, Matt and Amy announced their separation, leaving their kids—twins Jeremy and Zach, daughter Molly, and youngest son Jacob, wondering what was next for the family. The Roloffs continue to make an impact off the farm as Matt returns to Iraq to try to help the family that was introduced last season as they come to America so their children can get the medical help they need. Amy's passions for sports lands her a new role as a Dwarf Athletic Association of America Board Member, where she takes on the planning of a major golf tournament fund-raiser.
