Zoe Quist is an American director, who began her career as a film and television actress. In college, she studied international relations and pre-law, worked at the college radio station as the news director and was an active member of the theater department.Passionate to craft her own stories for global audiences, Quist transitioned behind the camera as a filmmaker creating beautiful, thought-provoking and captivating films. Starting with the dark, intimate, noir-style thriller with a 'horrorific' twist "Raw Cut", immediately followed by the romantic drama steeped in environmental strife, "Mining For Ruby", with Billy Zane, Mischa Barton and Jonathan Bennett. Both of these feature films were produced under her Lock And Monkey Productions banner, and were released nationwide August 2014.
