"Growing up in a small town has it's advantages and it's disadvantages". You know most of the people living there. After graduating Decatur High School in 1980 he completed his degree in art and television from a local junior college before completing his Master of Arts Degree in art and film from The McGregor School of Antioch University. His career accomplishments include Film direction, stunts, and acting in various movies. "I always enjoyed the creativity of movie making and Special effects in Cinema". "From an early age I was experimenting with 16mm film and an old Bolex movie camera just seeing what kind of movies I could make". In 1983 while in College he met Mary Jean Hammons a talent and acting coach in New York for 'All My Children" stars as well as Broadway Stars and many movie stars, where she encouraged him to work on his acting skills. She became his coach and highly encouraged him to audition for TV and movies. Today, he continues to act in a variety of roles in television and movies. He is also an instructor of movie making and photography where he has taught at several colleges and public schools.
