Born in 1982, in Belgrade, Serbia, Vladimir growth in family of artists and sportsmen. From the early childhood days, he showed interests in arts, so through the years he mainly obligated himself to comic-books, illustration and painting. Besides the art, he's also known for his obscure art aka anarchy noise project called ON, which was established in 1995, and mainly concentrated on delivering of contorted and free of any meanings music. He's also known for making of trashy documentaries about himself and his world of inspiration. Since 2003. three documentaries of this kind have been created.
