Troy McCall

Troy McCall was born in St. Cloud, Minnesota in 1979. He spent his youth establishing himself as an artist through painting, drawing, and photography. At the age of 13 he got a hold of a family members camcorder and began making short films which he wrote, directed, and starred in many of them. After high school graduation he studied architecture. However, the film industry interested him more. After attending a panel at the 2001 Hollywood Film Festival, he decided to pursue his life-long interest in film. At the festival he met Tom Tangen an Independent actor/producer who invited McCall to the Sundance Film Festival to help with Presswork for Elusive Entertainment. In 2008 he graduated with a bachelors Degree in filmmaking from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
