Tokio Sasaki

Tokio Sasaki was born on Jul 17, 1980 in Japan. Tokio Sasaki's big-screen debut came with Angelenos directed by Afdhere Jama in 2013, strarring Sato. Tokio Sasaki is known for Little Boy directed by Alejandro Monteverde, Jakob Salvati stars as Pepper Flynt Busbee and Emily Watson as Emma Busbee. A native of Tokyo, Japan, Tokio may be best known for playing the character of Joan of Arc in Arthur Kopit's "Chamber Music" in the Abingdon Theatre NYC, directed by Tony-nominated director (and a wonderful actor) Austin Pendleton. Tokio's portrayal of a lonely noodle factory worker in Gregory Mitnick's short "Lawrence" brought him a Best Actor award in First Run Film Festival 2007. He was an active member of HB Studio Ensemble Theater company in West Village for a while and now a resident in Los Angeles. He has a BA theatre degree from CUNY-Hunter College and also studied Psychology in Texas Christian University.
