Tana Umaga

Tana Umaga was born on May 27, 1973 in New Zealand. Tana Umaga's big-screen debut came with Tongan Ninja directed by Jason Stutter in 2002, strarring Famous Rugby Player.

Tana hails from the working class suburb of Wainuiomata, Wellington, NZ. Originally he played Rugby League but switched to Union in his late teens. This switch of codes proved wise as time would show, at one time Tana was a memeber of the most potenet attacking force in World rugby with himself and Jonah Lomu on the wings and Christian Cullen at full back.
