Born in New Orleans, Louisiana. Sydney moved to Los Angeles and began writing and performing in several bands as lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist. Her credits include writing and recording music for feature films including an Oliver Stone production and singing in national commercials such as MCI. Her styles ranged from World Beat to Pop and Alternative.Sydney resided in Austin, Texas with her husband Pat Hazell and has recorded songs for the soundtrack to the feature film, Deeper and Deeper (2010) as well as starring in the music video for the title song. She has recorded several audio books for children and is constantly working on new material to record and perform.Sydney can be seen on the ABC Family drama, The Lying Game (2011) and co-starring in the Dennis Quaid horror film, Beneath the Darkness (2011).
