Sousila is considered by many (including BBC) to be one of the most exciting, up and coming talents on the UK television scene with her drive and ambition allowing Sousila to adapt to any role put in-front of her.After two years in radio Sousila decided to move into film and television, making her first connection with NikJaw Productions as 1st Assistant Director for the short HD film "Fate". However her main ambition was to be in front of the camera. To achieve this Sousila attended extensive talks with the Head of Talent and Head of News and Current Affairs at the BBC where she was enlisted on their diversity database. Soon after Sousila made her Television debut on ITV Wales, combining her two main skills: counselling and presenting, when she appeared as a Behaviour and Lifestyle Expert for television programmes "Wales On The Move" and "The Feel Good Factor".In April 2005 Sousila's dream came true as she was cast as Lead Presenter for the BBC TV programme 'Take Over TV'. The job not only involved introducing the programme but also visual and audio links to various programme segments and production of a five-minute report (this involved presenting, directing, writing and editing). After the success of Takeover TV, Sousila has had offers for TV, Film and modeling jobs and is currently working on a pilot episode of a lifestyle programme, which includes foreign reports and interviewing celebrities.Since then she has appeared on several programmes including Doctor Who, Torchwood, Casualty and in the Wesley Snipes feature film 'The Shooter'.
