Rolo Puente was born on Aug 13, 1939 in Argentina. Rolo Puente's big-screen debut came with Blood of the Virgins directed by Emilio Vieyra in 1967, strarring Raúl Aguilar.
In the begining of his career he was a singer and recorded for RCA Victor in the sixties. His acting career started in the late sixties and he became very famous in Argentinian television in the comedy program "La peluqueria de Don Mateo" with Fidel Pintos and in succesive years Jorge Porcel and others. He worked in "Polemica en el bar" another TV program with Gerardo Sofovich who created both programs. He is a good actor, especially in his role in the TV series "Los simuladores" in 2002.
