Formally trained in Film Theory at UC Santa Barbara, Serrini started his career as a TVC editor while directing music videos for luminaries like The Cars, Julkinen Sana, Joel Madden, Chris Sullivan and the Soul Rebels, before focusing on commercial directing and documentary filmmaking.
