Ryan Kelly Moreland aka RKM Legend was born in Houston,Texas the son of Anthony Moreland, an African-American/Colombian born in San Antonio, Texas and Marva (Rena) Taylor-Moreland, born in Smithville,Texas. RKM Legend first launched his music career in 2013 with his first song titled "I Love Your Confidence". In 2016, RKM Legend dropped his very first debut mix-tape, "Da MoCity God" under Jam Down Records, an independent label in Houston Texas. In December of 2016, RKM Legend left Jam Down Records and started his own Label/Team - (LMT) Legendary Music Team Records. In 2017, PS17 EP was the first project released under RKM Legend's new label (Legendary Music Team Records). Some notable tracks include, "Ok Ok" featuring Famous Duggy and "Otherside" which was a #1 iTunes most favorite single off of PS17. RMK Legend has won awards in the past for his songwriting capabilities. Recently he won 'Freestylist of the Moth' for his single 'Let it Be' on FreeStyle Writers. In 2019, RKM Legend launched is acting career by appearing in several music videos/films, such as legendary rock and roll musician, Arthur Brown "The King" music video, upcoming christian rap artist Travis music video extra for "Born For This", Co-Star role as "Charles" in the film Alone by Red Twit Entertainment. Co-Star role as "Jason" in the film Bad Rapper by Nzuri Galaxy Films.
