Ricardo "Rick H." Hierro is the host, creator, writer, and producer of the "The Rick H. Show". Growing up in Washington Heights, New York. Rick H. has become a catalyst for the talented and creative individuals from urban neighborhoods. He grew up with a passion for film, television, music, and sports. Rick is dedicated to making his dreams a reality while never forgetting to reach back to his community or lose sight of his authentic-self. While attending City College of NY, Rick H. became the President of then radio station WCCR 640AM and Vice President of the College's Media Board. Rick also played the role of Program Director for the radio station. After college, he got involved in the non-profit sector by co-founding Give.Be.Grow, an organization geared to improving awareness in his community. Rick later worked for PAL (Police Athletic League of NY) for over 5 years, providing service to communities similar to his. He later founded Wadsworth Entertainment Group, LLC in early 2018 to create shows, documentaries, movies and sitcoms. Rick's current project is "The Rick H. Show" which he started with his brother Benny Peralta known on the show as Benny Banks and his friend Paul Batomalaque a.k.a Pauly B. They began recording the show on Sept. 8, 2018 and it has been a hit since. Later on in early 2019 Rick's Longtime friend and collaborator Luis De Leon known as Craze joined the cast. at the beginning of 2020 Jaylah Sandoval also joined the cast. In 2021 Rick and Craze helped create "For the Love of Jaylah". A podcast hosted by their former co-host Jaylah Sandoval. In 2021 Eli Jas joined The Rick h. Show as a co-host. The Rick H. Show, the podcast received 3 nomination for the Latin Podcast Awards, the Podcast won the 2020 Latin Podcast Award for Comedy. Hierro also began working on a Documentary on Podcast called The Podcast Revolution, a feature film titled "Drunken Nights and Awkward Mornings". The Rick H. Show is currently in production for it's Eleventh Season. 2020 Latin Podcast Award Winner for Comedy Interviews.
