Ray Ventura

Ray Ventura was born on Jan 23, 1944 in Philippines. Ray Ventura's big-screen debut came with Misteryo sa tuwa directed by Abbo Dela Cruz in 1984, strarring Santos. Ray Ventura is known for Ebolusyon ng isang pamilyang Pilipino directed by Lav Diaz, Elryan de Vera stars as Raynaldo and Angie Ferro as Puring. The upcoming new movie Ray Ventura plays is Closer to Home which will be released on Aug 25, 2015.

Ray Ventura was a resident of Poblacion, Makati City. He was a stage, film and television actor and director who gained recognition from playing various supporting yet memorable roles. Born in Makati on Jan 3, 1944, Raven passed away on October 24, 2001 in his home in Makati City due to complications brought about by liver and bone cancer. He was married to Amelia Leaño, with whom he had three children, and six grandchildren.
