Paul Pistore has worked on major motion pictures such as, Batman Returns, Alien Resurrection, Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back, Men in Black 2 and many others. As a SPFX Artist and Animatronics performer. Paul has worked for directors; Steven Spielberg, Tim Burton, Barry Sonnenfeld, Kevin Smith, Tony Scott to name a few. His puppetry and Animatronics work has been seen in commercials and television productions in the USA, Europe and Asia. It's almost a certainty that you have seen Paul's work on-screen at some time. His turn as Mister Moose on the critically acclaimed children's show, The All New Captain Kangaroo, earned Paul a Telly Award for excellence in children's entertainment, as well as mentions in Daily Variety and TV Guide. Paul has won two Omni Awards for the 3-D television show, Apartment 51, which he co-created, wrote and co-starred in. Fox Family Channel's The Basement Block shows; The Morning Scramble and The Weekend Chill featured Paul's puppetry and voice work. He wrote and directed comedy segments for the network, as well. Paul has brought his knowledge and love of puppetry, voices and acting as well as his widely varied stage, film and TV experience to Singapore, where he founded the special effects company CoreCrewFx Pte Ltd. The Core Crew has built numerous special effects, puppets, costumes and props for Universal Studios Singapore, Legoland Malaysia, Japan and Dubai, TV productions for Beach House Pictures and many more. These days, Paul is putting new energy into his writing. Paul has written more than a dozen shows for live productions at Singapore's Sentosa Island. His most recent work is focusing on Children's books. He's written four books so far that explore the feelings and thoughts of everyday life that confront children in their formative years.
