Milada Smolíková

Milada Smolíková was born on Oct 18, 1891 in Austria-Hungary. Milada Smolíková's big-screen debut came with Lásky Kacenky Strnadové directed by Svatopluk Innemann in 1926. Milada Smoliková never achieved the fame her husband Frantisek Smolik enjoyed in film. She was better known on the Czech stage, working, in the early part of the 20th century, with some of the most innovative Czech directors and theatre companies of the day. Both she and her husband became members of the National Theatre in Prague. Ms. Smoliková died 11 months after her husband.
