Actress and Dancer Mikaella Abitbol was born in Montréal Canada to parents, Albert Abitbol and Sylvie Poulin Abitbol. Her father is a French Moroccan, born in Casablanca and her mother is a French Canadian of Irish and Scottish decent. At 2 years old, Mikaella and her family moved to Boca Raton Florida, where she spent her childhood growing up. Mikaella had a strong interest in the arts since a very young age, always singing, acting, and dancing around the house. She begged her mom to put her in classes at 7 years old. At 11, she attended Bak Middle School of the Arts and continued her high school studies at Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach Florida. Upon graduating, Mikaella moved to NYC to attend NYU Tisch majoring in Dance, but her career in Entertainment quickly took off after just one semester. She got her first professional job as a backup dancer on Season 9 of America's Got Talent, and soon after received a contract to perform in Steve Wynn's Showstoppers at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort. After her contract ended, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in TV and Film. While studying acting at Stella Adler and The Beverly Hills Playhouse, Mikaella continued her dance career on the side performing with the LA Opera and San Diego Opera. She also appeared as a dancer with Jane Lynch & Jason Derulo at the The 42nd Annual People's Choice Awards (2016) as well as a dancer for Christina Aguilera & Demi Lovato at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards (2018). Mikaella also got to perform as a dancer in the critically acclaimed documentary Bathtubs Over Broadway (2018).
