The oldest son of a psychologist, and mother - artist, Michael Facciolo was born in Montreal, Quebec, but grew up in Barrie, Ontario where he graduated high school. He began his acting career studying under Bruce Ducat and Dianne Hill Harden at the Young Actors Space in Los Angeles, California. Following high school, Michael settled in Toronto. He took classes at the Centre for the Arts and co-founded a Steppenwolf inspired theatre company called "The Young Company." As a result of being seen in the stage play "In Between" Michael landed a supporting role in Clement Virgo's film "Lie With Me."Most recently, Michael produced the independent documentary "Don't You Forget About Me." A film about search for the legendary teen film director John Hughes.
