Micaela Dee was born in Boston, Massachusetts. She is the oldest of four, and comes from a rather large family. Growing up, she spent a lot of time working for her family's local restaurant, Newcomb Farms. She has Irish, British and Canadian ancestry. Ever since her youth, she wanted to be an actor.She graduated from Marshfield High School and attended Eastern Nazarene College, where she met her future husband, Joshua Hollett. During her college years, she acted in various plays including Little Women. After graduating college, Joshua and Micaela moved to, Atlanta, Georgia so Joshua could pursue his Masters in chemistry at Georgia Tech. They soon wed on August 10th, 2013.After her marriage, she expressed her passion for acting and writing, which she was able to collaborate with other actors throughout the community of Georgia. She joined American Immersion Theater troupe in the summer of 2017 and performed in many live acts throughout Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina.She resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and her rescue dog, Callie.
