Mecia Simson is an English actress known for her role as Francesca Findabair in the Netflix series The Witcher.Simson was born in a Jamaican-English family, her father from Jamaica and her mother from England. She grew up in Plymouth and went to Plymstock School during her schooling years.Simson went onto win Britain's Next Top Model in 2009 and had a successful model career.Later on she started training as an actress and completed her acting degree at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in 2019. Within a couple of months of graduating she booked her first job on Brave New World, then went on to book a role as a series regular in the Netflix series The Witcher season 2.
