Maude Eburne was born on Nov 10, 1875 in Canada. Maude Eburne's big-screen debut came with A Pair of Sixes directed by Lawrence C. Windom in 1918. Maude Eburne is known for Slippy McGee directed by Albert H. Kelley, Don 'Red' Barry stars as Slippy McGee and Dale Evans as Mary Hunter. The upcoming new movie Maude Eburne plays is Belle Le Grand which will be released on Jan 27, 1951.
Eburne started on the stage in Ontario and New York, later appearing on Broadway in 1914, playing a cockney maid. She played comic servants on stage until 1930 then moved to films in 1931. On screen, she played a variety of roles from maids to aristocrats to pipe-smoking harridans. Eburne retired from the screen in 1951.
