Matt Wilson was born Matthew David Wilson to David and Teresa in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. He studied acting at a very young age and began his career in high school theatre. He would go on to appear in many local television commercials, films and theatre productions. His first main film role was for that of Alfie in the production Talent, released in 2017, directed by Lucas Frison.
