He received his education from an actors training institute in Tokyo in 1997 and HB studio, an acting school in New York City from 2004 to 2007. He moved to New York to pursue his career as an actor in 2003. He is a Japanese native with over twenty years of acting experience split between Japan and New York. Masaki also has a background in performance art. After returning to Japan in 2015, he has appeared in several films, television shows, commercials and theatre productions.
