Margaret Wang

Margaret Wang was born on Jun 10, 1981 in Indonesia. Margaret Wang's big-screen debut came with The Touch directed by Peter Pau in 2002.

Margaret Wang, daughter of Hong Kong former movie star Yao Hsiao, grew up in Indonesia. After her study in the US, she later moved to her mother's native country Taiwan. She started her career as a model for print and TV commercials such as Bioré, Wrigley, and Organic hair products. She then landed a role in a Singaporean independent film "Eryue shisi (2002)". Taiwan Vogue named her as a promising upcoming young star. Since then, she has been featured in the Academy Award winner Peter Pau's film "Le talisman (2002)," and many other TV series in Taiwan. Her TV series, "Xue tian shi (2004)", is previously one of the biggest hits in Asia.
