Marcus De Leon is a feature film writer-director, and sometimes producer, born and raised in Los Angeles and Orange County, California, and working in both California and Arizona. His 2016 feature film There and Back(2016) is in post-production through summer, 2016. He enjoys dual careers as an indie feature film director-writer, and as a Hollywood studio screenwriter. His long association with HBO Films led to the hit film, Walkout, and numerous not yet produced true story screenplays. He has also written and developed screenplays for Columbia Pictures, and wrote and developed a one-hour TV pilot for NBC. Marcus earned his MFA at UCLA's film program and his BA in political science at Humboldt State University (California).
