Marc Appleby

Marc was born in Scotland but grew up in the north of England. The eldest son of Jeff and Pauline, he grew up at Burtree House in not far from the town of Appleby from which he takes his professional name. Marc attended Appleby Grammar School, a 900 year old institution which included past students St. John Boste (martyred in the 13th century), Dick Whittington and George Washington's brothers, Augustine and John. Marc studied at City University in London and later received a Masters in Acting from the Academy of Live & Recorded Arts. Between the two Marc worked in investment banking and consulting for 10 years. Following a move to Los Angeles in 2005 Marc now lives and work in Tampa FL. He is Chief Operating Officer of a consulting firm. Marc continues to perform locally and has co-developed a sitcom and movie.
