Manny Cruz was born on Jun 06, 1983 in Cuba. Manny Cruz's big-screen debut came with Pobres Millonarios directed by Roberto Angel Salcedo in 2018, strarring Miguelito.

Manny Cruz, also know as Manuel Cruz Mompierre, was born in Havana Cuba on June 6 to Beatriz Mompierre and Manuel Cruz. As a teenager Manny attended acting classes and modeling classes. He was great at gymnastics, and track & field. But most of all, Manny loved to be around people and loved to be photographed. At age 18 he started modeling and had a contract in a South Florida modeling agency. Manny tried out for Mr. Cuban American pageant in Miami, but was not so amused with the administration of the pageant. He was the winner and became South Florida's Mr Cuban American 2000 and also won category for best Physique 2000. He turned down the price which included cash, a free portfolio,a photo shoot and trip to New York City and ventured on his own to explore what the world had to offer. This directed him to other projects. He worked with Mexican Actress and singer Graciela Beltran at the Latin Grammy's. He appeared in many TV Commercials in South Florida Spanish clothing stores and other tv shows. His big break, however came when he met his acting coach and took private acting lessons in Hollywood California. El bon bon encendido was his character in a South Beach video shoot.
