Born in East London, of Spanish parents, Luie has spent most of his adult life in England. A well established cabaret singer, comedian and entertainer with a wealth of experience in stage and television he started at the tender age of 14 when he appeared in the Flowerdrum Song, in later years appearing in the Gingerbready Lady with Elaine Stritch. He then went on to appear in Hair at the Shaftesbury Theatre and on tour. Luie has appeared in many stage shows,films and television (mostly commercials).
