Lucy Belgum is a Canadian Director, Born in England their family moved to Canada in 1999 with the military, They are now properly Canadian. Since then they have maintained a love of cinema, film, and spectacles of all kind. When they were in high school they spent many years studying drama and acting in plays, and in their final year directed their first short film "The Questing Bros" and quickly made their second the moment they graduated. For several years after that, they worked at a local cinema in Barrie Ontario as they made A few other shorts acting as Director, Producer, Writer, Cameraman, Editor and anything else with the help of their friends and people they found through kijiji.Eventually, they were accepted to Sheridan College where they studied for three years the art of filmmaking, focusing on camerawork and directing. Immediately upon graduating they stumbled into a job working as a production designer for Commercials in Toronto working with large names such as Spotify, Google, and many more. They continued to write and direct, eventually directing many short films before starting on their first feature film "Offworld".
