Lloyd Emmons
Lloyd Emmons was born on May 27, 1990 in USA. Lloyd Emmons's big-screen debut came with Hobo with a Trash Can directed by Mark Charles Adams in 2015.
Lloyd Emmons became obsessed with horror films at a very young age when his father turned him on to 80s horror films such as Friday the 13th, Puppet Master, Prom Night, and many others. He currently has over 300 horror movies in his collection, primarily containing slasher films from the last four decades. He hopes to one day write, shoot, and edit a feature length slasher film. As a teenager he was given access to his parents' home video camera which he used to film his friends skateboarding videos, drawing inspiration from Bam Margera's CKY series. During college he continued writing, filming, and editing short skits and videos with his friends, eventually taking a more serious approach to filmmaking. He started shooting live concerts and making music videos for musicians local to his home town of Dwight, IL. Lloyd is a videographer and editor for Tribe 3 Productions where he works on footage of celebrity interviews, concerts, wedding videography, and conventions. He is also a writer, cinematographer, and editor for Visual Disturbance Productions which has also been his team for Chicago's 48 Hour Film Project yearly since 2012. In 2016 his team won the Viewer's Choice Award at the 2016 Chicago 48 Hour Film Project Best Of Screening. He draws his inspiration for DIY filmmaking from directors Lloyd Kaufman and Robert Rodriguez. He resides in Dwight, IL with his wife Alisha and their two cats.
