Kumud Pant was born on May 13, 1971 in Teraute Dang Nepal. Kumud Pant's big-screen debut came with Janma Janma directed by Sital Nepal in 1994, strarring Amar's friend. Kumud Pant is known for Gold directed by Reema Kagti, Akshay Kumar stars as Tapan Das and Mouni Roy as Monobina Das. The upcoming new movie Kumud Pant plays is Jawaani Jaaneman which will be released on Jan 31, 2020.

Kumud Pant is an actor and model. Currently, he is living in Aldershot Hampshire UK.He was born in Dang district of Nepal. Having born in a small village of Nepal, near the boundary of Himalayas, he did his schooling from Rajhena High School and then his higher education from Mahendra Multiple Campus in Nepal. In the initial days of his career, he acted in films in his hometown. He was included in the cast of short films and even feature films. Besides movies, he has also acted in TV commercials, music videos and taken part in modeling. He is quite interested in getting a better chance in TV series.He took up modeling assignments in Nepal, but his career there was short-lived. He then migrated to the UK and started his modeling and acting career. His luck smiled in the UK, and he began progressing in his career which he had dreamed. His date of birth is 13 May 1975. After his short stint in Nepali movies, he shifted to the UK and became a successful business in the entertainment industry. Currently, the actor is running two firms Kumud Entertainment and N.K. Biz Services.He is founder and director of these two firms. In 2014, he got his first Bollywood break in a small role of a businessman with actor Shah Rukh Khan's movie 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan.. In the same year, he cast himself as a lead character in a short film 'The Jungle Fight' which was written and directed by him. He has directed short films Single Father, One Lucky Man and a single episode of Antics with Pooja K and 'Interview TV series.Currently, he has 15 assignments in his hand, and he is back again in making Nepali movies. Some of his notable films include where he played a small role as a CD salesman. He is directing a Bollywood film Andaz Tera Mera & Cholay that stars Atul Sharma, Kumud Pant, and Daniel Eghan. In a Tamil film Valla Desam, he played the role of CID officer. To sum up his filmography, one can say, he has 109 credits as an actor, director, story writer, etc but his appearances in the film work hold less significance but like everyone else he is trying to make space in Bollywood, Hollywood, and Kollywood too.
