Kristi Angus was born in Kelowna, British Columbia. She attended Simon Fraser University where she studied biology and psychology. After spending some years in Europe she eventually began taking acting classes in Vancouver, B.C. at the Gastown Actors Studio. She has also studied with David Rotenberg and Michele Lonsdale Smith. She lives in Toronto, Ontario.
