His next film, THE TUNNEL (2016) was also a box office success and earned lead actor Ha Jung Woo the Best Actor Prize at the 22nd Chunsa Film Awards. In 2019, Director Kim teamed up with Netflix to helm its big-budget zombie mystery drama, KINGDOM, which became a global success, and Season 2 set to air in March 2020. Director Kim is currently shooting KIDNAP (2020) with actor Ha Jung Woo in Morocco.
