Khori began pursuing a professional acting career after meeting with musical theatre coach and mentor Janet Louer. She was soon cast in a lead role for director Reaves A. Washburn's independent short film drama My First Tooth which has gone on to screen at numerous film festivals, including Playhouse West, Memphis International and Smogdance.Next came another lead role in the children's short film Peer Pressure which premiered at the Chicago International Children's Film Festival and then went on to screen at the Los Angeles International Children's Film Festival.In addition to short films, Khori has also worked on two features; Desertion, starring Kim Rhodes, Brian Krause, Robert Maschio and Bart Johnson and the recently completed film Alleged.
