Kevin Poore
Kevin Poore was born on Feb 14, 1967 in USA. Kevin Poore's big-screen debut came with Diamond Zero directed by David Gaz in 2005.
Kevin's parents were surprised when he arrived a little early so he was born "near" Los Angeles, California on a brisk day in February. His father, William W. was a math genius with a stern disposition and his mother G.C. (he is told), was a sweet free-spirited woman who would do anything to get a laugh. She died when he was very young. He was a somewhat wild youth. Kevin attended multiple High Schools throughout the Los Angeles, and surrounding, areas while working nights, and eventually worked his way through the Cal State University system getting a degree in Journalism/English. He taught himself to play guitar, bass, keyboards and drums and played in various rocking' teenage combos in the 80s. He failed miserably when he attempted to pick up the saxophone. He traveled a bit (Mexico, Central America and East Asia) and has written plays, novels & screenplays. He spent a few years working in the corporate world but fitted in like a PETA member in a Texas rib joint. He considers himself a novelist who's found success in film. The movies People Who Die Mysteriously in Their Sleep (2004) and _Surviving the 21st Century (2004) (V)_ came about while passing the time on other projects. He loves his work and writing in general.
