She graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theater in May of 2014. Kayla worked professionally in film and theater in Little Rock, Arkansas from 2014 until moving to Los Angeles in 2018. She has been performing stand-up comedy since 2016.
