Of English, Irish and Lebanese descent, Kate Miller was born in Cincinnati, OH and raised in rural West Virginia. Her Broadway debut was alongside Carol Burnett in the original production of Ken Ludwig's comedy/farce "Moon Over Buffalo". Shortly thereafter, she played opposite Michael Sheen in the Broadway revival of Sir Peter Shaffer's "Amadeus", directed by the late great Sir Peter Hall.In television, she is known for such roles as Attorney Madeline Meyers on Law & Order, the crazy jailbird Nadine Lovett on One Life to Live, and most recently Vivian Abetemarco on Blue Bloods and ADA Amanda Shaw on Hightown.She is also well known for her abundant voice over career. She has been the voice of many high profile campaigns and networks including Pampers, Nexxus, Cheerios, L'Oreal, Pepsi, Benedryl, JCPenny, Neutrogena, Olive Garden, Estee Lauder, Cover Girl, Olay, American Express, Audi, Disney, Animal Planet, The Discovery Channel, HBO, MTV, VH1, and Lifetime.Her voice over work also includes animation. She is best known as the voice of cult favorite Debbie Dupree in Sealab 2021 and Grace Ryan/Antagone in Frisky Dingo both for Cartoon Network/Adult Swim, as well as a number of roles in other animated series and in video games, including motion capture.She has been married to actor John DiMaggio since 2014.
