In 2004, Kareem Wazwaz had a life changing moment when his brother was diagnosed with schizophrenia. He didn't know what to do nor how to handle this being that his brother is a role model to him and everything he wants to be. Prior to developing the illness, Kareem's brother mentioned that he should become and actor since he has always been performing at home. Ever since that moment, Kareem never stopped striving to fulfill his brother's vision.Working in over 30 films, music videos, commercials, among other behind the camera work, Kareem has grown into a seasoned veteran in the Minneapolis film scene. Most recently, he has crossed over into production and with his business ownership background, he has been able to do so with the greatest of ease. Co-owner of Restraining Hollywood films with partner and fellow Actor/Producer Brandon Van Vliet, you can be sure that he is not stopping anytime soon and as he puts it, "he hasn't even got started yet".Kareem resides in Minneapolis, MN with plans on moving to Los Angeles to pursue his passion of film by 2015
