Kaleigh was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and spent much of her very early years tagging along to her older sisters' (Molly and Lindsay Ryan) stints in professional musical theatre in St. Louis, New York (Broadway), around the country with the 30th Anniversary National Equity Tour of Annie, and eventually ending up in Los Angeles, where she and her family now reside. A small-for-her-age girl with a gregarious personality, Kaleigh enjoyed portraying the recurring role of "Jennie Bowman" in Season 4 of NBC's Heroes, and is in production with "Home Run Showdown" (Oz Scott, Matthew Lillard, Dean Cain, Barry Bostwick, Wayne Duvall, Annabeth Gish) filming the supporting role of "Felicia Lee". Kaleigh has booked a number of national commercials, and has appeared in lead roles both on stage and in short films.
