Josef Pepa Nos

Josef Pepa Nos was born on May 16, 1949 in Czechoslovakia [now Czech Republic]. Josef Pepa Nos's big-screen debut came with Perníková vez directed by Milan Steindler in 2002, strarring Bezdomovec (as Pepa Nos).

Josef 'Pepa' Nos is most famous for his folk songs, which are mostly in Czech with a few written in English. He lives in Kutna Hora in the Czech Republic with his partner (who is an English teacher) and has a daughter, Lucie, who is also a singer. During Communist times, he was harassed by the police for his 'subversive' lyrics.
