Josef has worked with a wide variety of theatrical companies and programs, such as The Village Theatre Company, the Pentucket Regional District Theatre Departments, Pentucket Community Education, and the Page School Theatre Department. He has even started his own theatre company with his friend; the Center Stage Theatre Company was founded in November, 2014 and officiated the next year in April and has been going strong ever since, producing such shows as Legally Blonde JR (2015), Bringing Back Broadway (2015), Julius Caesar (2016), The Zoo Story (2016), and Bye, Bye Birdie (2016).
