Jorge Blanco Güereña is a singer, actor, dancer and polyglot born on December 19, 1991 in the city of Guadalajara, Mexico. He became known worldwide in 2012 when he brought to life the character León Vargas, one of the protagonists of the Disney Channel soap opera Violetta (2012). Blanco learned to play the guitar at an early age and soon became interested in taking acting lessons. In addition, he began singing in church choirs at age 11; in 2007 he began his career in television, when he participated in the reality show High School Musical: La Selección (Mexico), produced by Disney Channel and TV Azteca. After signing with Hollywood Records, he released on March 17, 2017, his debut solo single entitled "Risky Business", earning an exclusive choreography at Just Dance 2018.
