John Humphreys

John Humphreys was born on May 18, 1955 in UK. John Humphreys's big-screen debut came with The Alien Autopsy directed by Spyros Melaris in 1995, strarring Surgeon.

John Humphreys studied sculpture at the Royal Academy Schools, London. He has worked on numerous films, television programs and commercials sculpting and creating special effects and prosthetic make-up. His big break-through was Max Headroom. His fine art sculpture is surreal and super-real, challenging the viewer's conventional perceptions of 2- and 3-dimensions. His work is exhibited internationally.
