Jessica Stafford-Ewing is an Australian Actress & Presenter.Born and raised in Melbourne, Victoria, Jessica began studying acting at a young age with Judy Banks on the Mornington Peninsula. Through her early twenties she found success as a sports and body model, was a finalist in numerous state and national swimsuit competitions and was crowned Miss Superbabe Australia in 2004. This achievement took her to London where she worked in fashion and TV.Returning to Australia, Jessica appeared in many local and international productions. She is an Australian accredited stunt performer (MEAA SAP), allowing her to perform her own stunts wherever possible and diversifying her skills as an action-actress. In March 2020, Jessica was thrilled to join the cast of Australian television travel show What's Up Downunder as a presenter, but sadly production was halted when the global pandemic hit, and state borders closed. In 2022, Jessica was working on three Australian productions including the much-anticipated feature film, Double or Nothing directed by Dru Brown, due to be released in December 2022.Off camera, Jessica's passion is animals and has worked alongside many of Australia's animal and marine organisations as both a hands-on volunteer and ambassador. Jessica hosted the RSPCA 'Pop Up Adoption' events in 2018 and 2019 with audiences of around 15,000 and continues to work alongside RSPCA QLD in events and media as an official RSPCA QLD Ambassador. After a melanoma diagnosis in 2016, Jessica joined Melanoma Patients Australia as an Ambassador to help raise awareness of early detection and is a regular guest speaker at various skin cancer research forums and events on behalf of MPA.Jessica resides on the Gold Coast.
