Jesper Lindström was born in Falun the 24th of August 1973. He took the name Pingo as third name (his second is Anders) in 2001. Pingo wrote and illustrated his first comic book in 1996 for the corporation STORA/Enso about the mine in Falun. He has made several own fanzine-comics and started to write screenplays in 1994. In 2002 he signed contract with his WGA-signatory agent because of a war/drama screenplay that got the agents attention. Has written about 15 feature film screenplays and a number of short films; also hundreds of comic scripts and other texts.
